Four ways to get in touch

Calling gets you an answer fastest. Everything else gets a reply the same day during business hours, and the next morning if you send it late.

Working against an HOA deadline? Call instead of using the form and say so on the phone. Violation notices from Landfall, Autumn Hall, RiverLights and Mayfaire boards carry dates, and those jobs move to the front of our calendar. We can normally get you scheduled within days with documentation your board will accept.

From your message to a clean property

1 1. We respond the same day Step photo

1. We respond the same day

Usually within a few hours during business hours. If you called while we were on a roof, you get a callback rather than a queue. Nobody waits two days for a number from us.

2 2. You get a flat quote Step photo

2. You get a flat quote

For most Wilmington properties we can quote accurately from the address and a short description. Larger or unusual properties get a free walkthrough. Either way the number is flat and it does not move later.

3 3. You pick the day Step photo

3. You pick the day

Most jobs do not need you home, just access to an outdoor spigot. We confirm the day before with a real arrival window so you are not losing half a day waiting on a truck.

4 4. Photos when we finish Step photo

4. Photos when we finish

Before and after photos sent to you the same day. HOA documentation if you need it for a board submission. The invoice matches the quote exactly.

Know when to call

What should you have ready before you call?

None of this is required, but having it handy means we can usually quote you on the first call instead of a second one.

Your property address

This matters more than square footage here. Address tells us salt exposure, canopy cover and which HOA you are in, and all three change what the job actually takes.

What you want cleaned

Siding, roof, driveway, gutters, windows, deck, or all of it. Bundling multiple services into one visit costs less than booking separate trips and we sequence them correctly.

Any deadline you are working to

HOA notice date, a closing date, a listing photo shoot, or an event. Deadlines change our scheduling and we would rather know upfront than find out later.

What you are actually seeing

Green film, black streaks, gray concrete, water spilling over the gutter. Describe it plainly and we will tell you what it is and whether it needs doing yet.

Property type

A Wrightsville Beach cottage, a Landfall home under canopy, a RiverLights new build and a Mayfaire retail unit are four different jobs even at the same square footage.

When it was last cleaned

If you know. Twelve months versus three years changes solution strength and dwell time, and it changes the price honestly rather than as a guess.

Not sure about any of it? Just call. We will ask what we need and quote from there, and if the honest answer is that you can wait six months, that is what we will tell you.

Where we work

Where we work across New Hanover County

No travel charge anywhere inside the county. Surrounding coastal communities may carry a small travel charge depending on job size, and it is always stated in the quote rather than added afterwards.

Landfall

ZIP 28405

Live oak canopy, strict HOA standards and frequent violation notices for roof and siding staining. We service this neighborhood weekly and provide board ready documentation on every job.

Wrightsville Beach

ZIP 28480

Heaviest salt exposure in the region. Vacation rentals, owner occupied homes and hospitality properties, often scheduled between guest changeovers.

Masonboro

ZIP 28409

Intracoastal Waterway properties where the marsh side of the house always colonises first. Salt mist means shorter service intervals than inland addresses.

Porters Neck

ZIP 28411

Creek system and heavy tree cover. The one area where we consistently find lichen rather than just algae, which needs a longer dwell time to remove.

Autumn Hall

ZIP 28405

Dense canopy and an attentive HOA. Written service records go to the board on every visit as standard, not on request.

RiverLights

ZIP 28412

Newer Cape Fear River community. Amenity areas, shared walkways and Hardie board siding are the main service points here.

Ogden and Monkey Junction

ZIP 28411 and 28412

Heavy loblolly pine means year round gutter debris and spring pollen that feeds algae through June. Gutters here need clearing more often than most of the county.

Mayfaire

ZIP 28405

HOA residential plus the commercial corridor along Military Cutoff and Eastwood Road. Storefronts and restaurants are serviced outside business hours.

Also serving Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Leland, Castle Hayne, Hampstead and Topsail. No travel charge anywhere inside New Hanover County.

Common questions

Before you contact us

How fast will I hear back?
Same day in almost every case, usually within a few hours during business hours. If you send the form in the evening you will hear from us the next morning. If you are working against an HOA deadline, call rather than using the form and say so, because those move to the front of the line.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and there is no inspection fee either. For most Wilmington properties we can quote accurately from the address and a description of what needs attention. Larger or complex properties get a walkthrough and that is free too. You are under no obligation after receiving the quote and we do not chase people.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
No. For the overwhelming majority of jobs we do not need to meet you to quote it. If a walkthrough is needed for a large or unusual property we can often do it without you present as long as we have access. We will tell you which one applies when you call.
Do you charge extra to travel outside Wilmington?
Not within New Hanover County. Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Masonboro, Porters Neck, Ogden, Monkey Junction and everything between is standard pricing. Leland, Castle Hayne, Hampstead, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Topsail may carry a small travel charge depending on job size, and it is stated in the quote, never added afterwards.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, check and all major cards. Payment is due when the job is complete, never before. Commercial and HOA accounts can be invoiced on standard terms if that suits your accounting process better.
Can you help with an HOA violation notice?
Yes and we prioritise them. If your board in Landfall, Autumn Hall, RiverLights or Mayfaire issued a notice for roof staining, dirty siding or algae on common areas, call us right away. We can normally get you on the calendar within days and every job comes with before and after photos plus a written service record you can submit directly.
When is the best time of year to book in Wilmington?
Late spring after pollen season ends is the single best window for most properties, because pollen bonds to damp salted surfaces and feeds algae right through June. Gutters should be cleared before hurricane season starts in June. Beyond that, we work year round and winter scheduling is usually the easiest to get.
