Agreement

Welcome to Power Wash Wilmington NC By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, call us at (472) 281-1810 before you book and we will gladly explain.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you give us and, where needed, a walkthrough of your property. We work on flat pricing, which means the number we quote is the number you pay for the agreed scope of work.

If the actual conditions on site differ significantly from what was described, for example a much larger area, far heavier staining, or difficult access we were not told about, we will discuss any change with you and get your approval before doing the extra work. We never add charges on invoice day without telling you first.

Our cleaning methods

We are soft wash specialists. On siding, roofs, wood and other delicate surfaces we use low pressure and appropriate cleaning solutions, not high pressure, because that is the method that cleans safely without damage. We use high pressure only where it is appropriate, such as on concrete.

We take care to protect your landscaping by wetting and rinsing plants around the work area. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee against every possible reaction of older, damaged or previously compromised surfaces and materials.

Scheduling, access and weather

To carry out most work we need access to the work area and a working outdoor water supply. Please let us know in advance of anything that could affect access, such as locked gates, pets, or parking restrictions.

Exterior cleaning depends on the weather. We may need to reschedule for rain, high wind, freezing temperatures or storms, in which case we will contact you to arrange the next available slot. Rescheduling for safety or quality is never a penalty to you.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to another customer.

For commercial and recurring accounts, payment and scheduling terms are set out in your individual agreement.

Satisfaction

We want you to be happy with the result. If something is not right, tell us promptly and we will come back and make it right within the agreed scope. Our goal is the next call and the neighbor you tell, so your satisfaction genuinely matters to us.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that breaks any law, interferes with the site's operation or security, or attempts to access areas of the site you are not authorised to. The content, images and design of this website are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis for general information. While we work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about its completeness or accuracy, and prices, availability and details may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of New Hanover County, North Carolina. We may update these terms from time to time, with the current version always posted on this page.
